3. Fees and Payment The fees for our services will be agreed upon between AMS and the client and set out in a signed agreement. Payment terms will also be set out in the agreement. If any payment is overdue, AMS reserves the right to suspend services until the outstanding balance is paid.

4. Confidentiality AMS is committed to protecting the confidentiality of client information. Any information provided by the client or obtained during the provision of services will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent.

5. Intellectual Property Any intellectual property created during the provision of services by AMS remains the property of AMS, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use any intellectual property created for the purposes set out in the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability AMS will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the client arising from the provision of our services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of AMS. The total liability of AMS will be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the services provided.

7. Termination of Services Either party may terminate the provision of services by giving written notice to the other party. AMS reserves the right to terminate the provision of services immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AMS is located. Any disputes arising from the provision of services will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Updates to Terms of Service AMS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. We encourage clients to review these terms periodically.
