2306 Fillmore

Lux homes at Fillmore is a 40-unit multifamily project two blocks from Hollywood’s downtown corridor. This 36,000 SF project elevates multifamily living. It’s composed of various units ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom luxury apartments with high-end living spaces.

All units contain individual balconies with views of the Hollywood skyline. Complete with a rooftop terrace that houses a lounge, outdoor gym, and exercise area as well as a lap pool, and all luxuries are within close proximity to home.

The project’s design aimed to bring back much of the old Hollywood charm. Hollywood, Florida, is a place rich in history when the Art Deco movement was at its peak in Miami. Many developments that were built during this time in Hollywood borrowed many Art Deco elements. AMS aimed to pay homage to this architectural style.
